According to the feed back from oversea clients, many final users are asking about the reason why total free amino acid 80% has such a big gap in price with amino acid 50. since they are all hydrolized by acid. and for the free amino acids are doulbed, but the prices are far more than that.

2, Total Free Amino acid 80%
For free amino acid 80% is produced with more process works, that we need first use high pressure and high temperature equipments to make 15~17% amino liquid into 35%(±2%). in general, 3 Mt 15~17% liquid could be pressed into 35% liquid;plus this step also has cost T with some general cost plus.
Then we comes to the spray drying, similarly, 5 Mt liquid into 1 Mt total free powder. also, in this step also has T cost and some losses of the nutrients.
